  3. Prepare the Sauce:
    • Push the sprouts to one side of the skillet and melt the butter in the cleared space. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
    • Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the sprouts evenly in the creamy sauce.
  4. Combine and Broil:
