Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon pieces until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the bacon fat in the skillet.
Add Brussels sprouts to the skillet and cook until edges are golden brown, about 8 minutes.
Add butter and garlic to the skillet, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until cheese is melted and sauce is thickened.
Return bacon to the skillet and toss to combine. Serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes with the garlic.
