Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and scrub potatoes; pierce several times with a fork.
Bake potatoes in preheated oven until tender, about 1 hour. Cool slightly and peel.
Mash the potatoes with butter, milk, and sour cream until smooth.
Stir in cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
