Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup of sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press onto the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and remaining sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Stir in vanilla extract.
Pour over crust. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Carefully run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen and remove sides.
Spread caramel sauce over cheesecake and sprinkle with pecans. Microwave chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl until melted; stir until smooth. Drizzle over the cheesecake.

This Turtle Cheesecake is best served chilled and can be prepared a day in advance.
