Turkey Melt with Cheddar, Spinach, and Bacon (Irresistibly Gooey and Crunchy!)

A delicious turkey melt sandwich loaded with gooey cheddar cheese, fresh spinach, and crispy bacon, all in a perfectly toasted bread.

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 slices bread sourdough or any preferred type
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese preferably sharp
  • 16 slices deli turkey thinly sliced
  • 8 slices bacon for crispy texture
  • 2 cups fresh spinach washed and dried
  • 4 tablespoons butter softened, for spreading

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  • Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Place bread buttered side down in skillet.
  • Top each slice with cheese, turkey, bacon, and spinach. Top with another slice of bread, buttered side up.
  • Cook sandwiches until bread is golden and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Notes

Serve immediately while hot. Perfect with a side of crispy fries or a fresh salad.
