This delicious turkey melt is packed with gooey cheddar, fresh spinach, and crispy bacon, offering a mouthwatering crunch with every bite.

  • 8 slices bread preferably sourdough or rye
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach washed and dried
  • 8 slices turkey breast cooked or deli-style
  • 6 slices bacon cooked until crispy

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  • Layer each slice of bread with a slice of cheddar, turkey, spinach, and bacon. Top with another slice of cheddar and bread.
  • Cook the sandwiches on the skillet for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
