This Turkey Melt offers the perfect blend of gooey cheese, crispy bacon, and fresh spinach, all sandwiched between toasted bread. It's a quick and satisfying meal.

  • 8 slices Turkey breast smoked, deli-style
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese sharp
  • 8 slices Bread multigrain recommended
  • 4 slices Bacon crispy
  • 1 cup Spinach fresh leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Butter softened

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat a pan over medium heat.
  • Butter one side of each bread slice.
  • Place bread buttered side down in the pan. Layer with turkey, spinach, bacon, and cheddar cheese. Top with another slice, butter side up.
  • Grill until bread is golden brown and cheese has melted, about 5 minutes per side.
  • Remove from pan, slice in half, and serve hot.
