Turkey Melt with Cheddar, Spinach, and Bacon (Irresistibly Gooey and Crunchy!)

A deliciously gooey and crunchy turkey melt perfect for lunch or a light dinner, packed with cheddar, spinach, and crispy bacon.

  • 8 slices Turkey breast smoked
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese sharp
  • 8 slices Bacon crispy
  • 2 cups Spinach fresh
  • 8 slices Bread sourdough
  • 2 tablespoons Butter softened

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  • Layer turkey, cheddar, spinach, and bacon between two slices of bread, with the buttered sides facing out.
  • Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and grill the sandwiches until the bread is golden brown and cheese has melted, about 3-5 minutes per side.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a slice of tomato or a dash of hot sauce.
