  • 8 slices whole wheat bread or your preferred bread
  • 1 pound sliced turkey breast deli-style
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and crispy
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup fresh spinach washed and dried
  • 4 tablespoons butter softened

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  • Layer turkey, bacon, spinach, and cheddar cheese between two slices of bread, butter side out.
  • Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Remove from skillet, slice, and serve immediately.

Notes

Feel free to use your favorite cheese or add sliced tomatoes for an extra layer of flavor.
