Turkey Melt with Cheddar, Spinach, and Bacon (Irresistibly Gooey and Crunchy!)

A deliciously gooey turkey melt with layers of cheddar, fresh spinach, and crispy bacon. Perfect for a quick lunch or an easy dinner.

  • 8 slices bread preferably sourdough
  • 8 slices turkey breast deli style
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese sharp
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and crispy
  • 2 tablespoons butter softened

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Butter one side of each bread slice.
  • Layer turkey, cheddar cheese, spinach, and bacon between two slices of bread with the buttered side facing out.
  • Cook in the skillet until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Notes

Feel free to add some sliced tomatoes for extra flavor.
