  • 1 cup grated Swiss cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 pieces eggs beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 piece pie crust pre-baked

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, combine the cheddar, Swiss, and Parmesan cheeses.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the pre-baked pie crust on a baking sheet.
  • Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the pie crust.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the cheese layer.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
  • Allow the quiche to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Quiche can be served warm or at room temperature. Perfect for brunch or as a light dinner.
