Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, combine the cheddar, Swiss, and Parmesan cheeses.
In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Place the pre-baked pie crust on a baking sheet.
Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the pie crust.
Pour the egg mixture over the cheese layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
Allow the quiche to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
