Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add in the lemon zest and mix until well combined.
Gradually add in the dry ingredients, including flour and baking soda, and mix until just combined.
Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheet, leaving space between cookies.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
