  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 large eggs room temperature
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups strawberries sliced

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until thick and pale. Gradually fold in flour.
  • Spread batter into the pan and bake for 12-15 minutes. Let cool slightly, then roll in a towel.
  • Unroll the cake, spread whipped cream, and layer with sliced strawberries. Roll it back up.

Notes

For best results, serve chilled with more fresh strawberries on top.
