Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix mashed bananas, strawberries, butter, sugar, beaten eggs, and vanilla extract.
Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture until just combined. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
Notes
Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
