Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, and milk.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Divide the batter evenly among the 12 prepared muffin cups.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Notes
