Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  • In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, and milk.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  • Divide the batter evenly among the 12 prepared muffin cups.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Notes

For an extra touch, sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top of the muffins before baking.
