  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 24 pieces mushroom caps stems removed
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix crab meat, cream cheese, lemon juice, and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  • Stuff mushroom caps with the crab mixture.
  • Arrange stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until mushrooms are tender.
