Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F).
Season chicken thighs with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Grill chicken for about 15 minutes per side, basting with barbecue sauce during the last 5 minutes.
Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Gradually whisk in milk, then slowly add shredded cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
Fold cooked macaroni into cheese sauce until thoroughly coated.
Assemble sliders by slicing slider buns and filling with sliced grilled chicken and a scoop of garlic mac & cheese.
Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!
