  • 1 pound sausage cooked and crumbled

  • 2 eggs beaten

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together the Bisquick, cooked sausage, and cheddar cheese.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk, then pour into the sausage mixture.
  • Spoon the mixture into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and set.
