Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix the softened butter and sugar until creamy.
Add flour and stir until the dough forms.
Press the dough into a 9-inch pie pan evenly.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden.
Spread caramel sauce over the cooled crust.
Sprinkle toasted coconut over the caramel layer.
Drizzle melted chocolate over the top.
Allow to cool and set before serving.
Notes
Best served chilled or at room temperature. Great for parties!
