Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Wash and trim the asparagus spears, removing the woody ends.
Wrap each asparagus spear with a slice of prosciutto, spiraling it around the stem.
Place the wrapped spears on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
