  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Wash and trim the asparagus spears, removing the woody ends.
  • Wrap each asparagus spear with a slice of prosciutto, spiraling it around the stem.
  • Place the wrapped spears on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the prosciutto is crispy and the asparagus is tender.

Notes

For added flavor, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the asparagus before baking. Serve warm for best taste.
