  • 1 cup Diced Pineapple
  • 0.5 cup Teriyaki Sauce
  • 0.25 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.5 tsp Ginger Ground
  • 0.25 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, diced pineapple, teriyaki sauce, breadcrumbs, egg, ginger, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Gently mix until just combined.
  • Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  • Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
