Peanut Butter Brownie Cupcakes

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 0.5 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.75 cup butter melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup peanut butter creamy

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  • In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • Add melted butter and eggs into the dry ingredients and mix until fully combined.
  • Spoon the batter into the lined muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
  • Drop a dollop of peanut butter on top of each brownie and swirl with a toothpick.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
