Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add melted butter and eggs into the dry ingredients and mix until fully combined.
Spoon the batter into the lined muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
Drop a dollop of peanut butter on top of each brownie and swirl with a toothpick.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
