  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine sliced potatoes and onions.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss until well coated.
  • Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through.
