Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
In a bowl, combine flour and sugar. Add melted butter and mix until smooth.
Beat in eggs, then add vanilla extract and lemon juice. Mix well.
Pour batter into muffin tin, filling each cup halfway.
Bake for 12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

These lemon blossoms are perfect for tea time or as a light dessert.
