Lemon Blossoms

A delightful lemony dessert with a sweet and tangy glaze.

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  • In a bowl, combine flour and sugar. Add melted butter and mix until smooth.
  • Beat in eggs, then add vanilla extract and lemon juice. Mix well.
  • Pour batter into muffin tin, filling each cup halfway.
  • Bake for 12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Notes

These lemon blossoms are perfect for tea time or as a light dessert.
