Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl and press mixture into a 9-inch pie pan.
Bake crust for 10 minutes, then allow to cool.
Whisk together condensed milk, key lime juice, lime zest, and egg yolks until smooth.
Pour filling into cooled pie crust and bake for 15 minutes.
Allow pie to cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Optionally garnish with whipped cream and lime slices.
