Garlic Steak & Potato Foil Packets

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, combine steak cubes, potatoes, olive oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat well.
Divide mixture evenly onto four large sheets of aluminum foil. Fold the packets closed.
Grill for 20-25 minutes or until steak is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
Carefully open packets and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, try adding a splash of lemon juice or some red pepper flakes before sealing the foil packets.
