Garlic Steak & Potato Foil Packets

This recipe combines the rich flavors of seasoned steak with tender potatoes, all cooked in a convenient foil packet for easy grilling or baking.

  • 1.5 pounds ribeye steak cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 pound baby potatoes halved
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a large bowl, combine steak cubes, potatoes, olive oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat well.
  • Divide mixture evenly onto four large sheets of aluminum foil. Fold the packets closed.
  • Grill for 20-25 minutes or until steak is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
  • Carefully open packets and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, try adding a splash of lemon juice or some red pepper flakes before sealing the foil packets.
