Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a medium bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
Dip shrimp into the flour mixture to coat.
Heat oil in a deep fryer or large saucepan to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Fry shrimp in the hot oil until golden brown, about 3 to 4 minutes.
Remove and drain on paper towels.
Notes
For best results, serve immediately with a dipping sauce of your choice.
