Fried Shrimps

A delicious and easy-to-make fried shrimp recipe perfect for appetizers or main courses.

  • 1.5 pounds large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 cups vegetable oil for frying

Preparation Steps

  • In a medium bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip shrimp into the flour mixture to coat.
  • Heat oil in a deep fryer or large saucepan to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Fry shrimp in the hot oil until golden brown, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Remove and drain on paper towels.

Notes

For best results, serve immediately with a dipping sauce of your choice.
