French Onion Beef Tortellini

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until caramelized, about 20 minutes.
Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain off excess fat.
Stir in white wine and beef broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
Add tortellini and heavy cream. Cook until heated through and the tortellini is tender, about 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
