Easy Molasses Buns

Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, mix warm milk and yeast. Let it sit until foamy, about 5 minutes.
Add molasses, melted butter, salt, and flour to the yeast mixture. Stir until a soft dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth, about 5-7 minutes.
Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
Punch down dough, divide into 12 pieces, and shape into buns. Place on a greased baking sheet.
Let buns rise for another 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Bake in preheated oven until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh and warm.
