  • Gradually add the powdered sugar, beating continuously, until a dough forms.
  • If using food coloring, add it to the dough and mix until evenly colored.
  • Shape the dough into small balls and flatten slightly with a fork.
  • Place mints on a baking sheet and let them set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Notes

Store the mints in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
