  • 1 box yellow cake mix 16.25 oz
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix 3.4 oz
  • 4 large eggs
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup white wine
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, vegetable oil, white wine, and ground cinnamon. Mix until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
  • Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For an extra indulgent cake, drizzle with a simple glaze made of powdered sugar and wine.
