Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked.
Drain excess grease and stir in the taco seasoning.
Add Velveeta cheese cubes and diced tomatoes with green chilies to the skillet. Cook until cheese is melted.
Stir in black beans and heat through. Serve warm.
Notes
For extra heat, add chopped jalapenos.
