Chicken Alfredo Lasagna

This creamy Chicken Alfredo Lasagna is a delightful twist on a classic Italian dish, featuring layers of tender chicken, rich Alfredo sauce, and perfectly melted cheese.

  • 2.5 cups cooked chicken, shredded use rotisserie chicken for convenience
  • 9 pieces lasagna noodles cooked and drained
  • 3 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded divided
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread a layer of Alfredo sauce at the bottom.
  • Place three lasagna noodles on top of the sauce.
  • Add a layer of shredded chicken, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of Alfredo sauce and remaining mozzarella on top.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

Let the lasagna sit for 10 minutes before serving to make slicing easier.
