Cheesecake Brownies

This delicious recipe combines the classic flavors of cheesecake and brownies into one irresistible dessert.

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.5 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, and 1 egg. Stir in flour and chocolate chips.
  • In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the remaining egg until smooth.
  • Spread half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan. Spread the cream cheese mixture on top, then cover with the remaining brownie batter.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool before cutting into squares.

Notes

These cheesecake brownies are best enjoyed the day they are made, but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
