Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, peanut butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Stir in the rolled oats until the mixture is evenly combined.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and press it down evenly.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until firm to the touch. Let it cool before slicing into bars.
