  • 2 cups rolled oats quick oats work as well
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter smooth or chunky
  • 3 pieces bananas ripe and mashed
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, peanut butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Stir in the rolled oats until the mixture is evenly combined.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and press it down evenly.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until firm to the touch. Let it cool before slicing into bars.
