  • 1 pound zucchini
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 pound pasta
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Preparation Steps

  • Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Add zucchini and tomatoes to skillet. Cook until zucchini is tender and tomatoes have softened.
  • Drain pasta and add it to the skillet with the zucchini and tomatoes. Stir to combine.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
