Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook pasta according to package directions.
While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add zucchini and tomatoes to skillet. Cook until zucchini is tender and tomatoes have softened.
Drain pasta and add it to the skillet with the zucchini and tomatoes. Stir to combine.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
