Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken pieces and toss until well coated.
Thread marinated chicken pieces onto the soaked skewers evenly.
Cooking Instructions
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F.
For the dipping sauce, combine yogurt, cilantro, lime zest and juice, and honey in a small bowl. Mix well and serve chilled with the chicken skewers.
