Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
Whisk together flour and salt in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until just combined. Do not overmix.
Let the batter rest for at least 30 minutes.
Pour batter into hot muffin tins, filling each about halfway.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.

Serve immediately with your favorite roast and gravy.
