Yorkshire Pudding Recipe

A classic Yorkshire pudding recipe, perfect for Sunday roast. Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside!

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
  • Whisk together flour and salt in a large bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  • Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Let the batter rest for at least 30 minutes.
  • Pour batter into hot muffin tins, filling each about halfway.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
