Whole Wheat Beer Bread

A simple, no-knead whole wheat beer bread that's hearty, flavorful, and perfect for pairing with soups or stews. The beer adds a subtle tang and helps the bread rise naturally.

Main Ingredients

  • 3 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • Pour the melted butter into the batter and stir gently to combine.
  • Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

Notes
