Preparation Steps
In a medium saucepan, combine the whole milk, heavy cream, and a pinch of salt. Heat over medium heat until steaming but not boiling.
Reduce heat to low and add the white chocolate chips. Stir continuously until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Pour into mugs and serve immediately, optionally topped with whipped cream and a dusting of sprinkles.
