Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
In a large bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in vanilla and egg until well combined.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Fold in white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, until edges are golden brown.
Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
