White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoons baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoons salt
  • 0.75 cups unsalted butter softened
  • 0.5 cups sugar
  • 0.5 cups brown sugar packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cups white chocolate chips
  • 0.75 cups dried cranberries

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • In a large bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in vanilla and egg until well combined.
  • Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Fold in white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
  • Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, until edges are golden brown.
  • Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
