Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
Combine the melted butter with the brown sugar in a large bowl, mixing until smooth.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing just until incorporated.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and sea salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in 1.5 cups of the white chocolate chunks.
Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish and top with remaining white chocolate chunks.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Allow to cool completely before removing from the pan and cutting into squares.
