  • 2 cups white chocolate chunks divided

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Combine the melted butter with the brown sugar in a large bowl, mixing until smooth.
  • Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing just until incorporated.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and sea salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in 1.5 cups of the white chocolate chunks.
  • Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish and top with remaining white chocolate chunks.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Allow to cool completely before removing from the pan and cutting into squares.
