Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground beef with salt and pepper.
Form the meat mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
In a saucepan, combine peach preserves, whiskey, and barbecue sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add baked meatballs to the saucepan and coat them with the sauce.
Notes
Serve these meatballs with toothpicks as appetizers or over rice for a main dish.
