Whiskey Peach BBQ Meatballs

A delightful blend of savory meatballs with a touch of whiskey peach BBQ sauce.

  • 1.5 pounds Ground beef Preferably 80% lean
  • 0.5 cup Peach preserves
  • 0.25 cup Whiskey Your choice of brand
  • 1 cup Barbecue sauce

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef with salt and pepper.
  • Form the meat mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  • In a saucepan, combine peach preserves, whiskey, and barbecue sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Add baked meatballs to the saucepan and coat them with the sauce.

Notes

Serve these meatballs with toothpicks as appetizers or over rice for a main dish.
