- Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. This should take about 2-3 minutes.
- Gently fold in the quartered strawberries and lemon zest into the whipped feta mixture.
- Spoon the whipped feta and strawberry mixture into serving bowls or glasses.
- Garnish with fresh chopped mint before serving.
