Walking Tacos

A fun and easy meal that combines the convenience of tacos with the portability of a bag for on-the-go enjoyment!

  • 1 lb ground beef use lean beef for healthier option
  • 1 packet taco seasoning add to taste
  • 4 bags individual-sized corn chips such as Fritos
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese for topping
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes for topping

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  • Drain any excess fat and stir in the taco seasoning mix. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Open the corn chip bags and spoon in a portion of the beef mixture.
  • Top with cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes. Serve immediately.

Notes

Feel free to add more toppings like sour cream or jalapenos for extra flavor!
