A delicious homemade veggie pizza loaded with fresh vegetables, mozzarella cheese, and savory tomato sauce on a crispy crust.

  • 1 ball pre-made pizza dough
  • 0.5 cup pizza sauce (tomato-based)
  • 1.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup sliced bell peppers red, yellow, or green
  • 0.5 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 0.5 cup sliced red onions
  • 0.25 cup black olives sliced
  • 0.25 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating.
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza peel.
  • Brush the top of the dough lightly with olive oil and spread the pizza sauce evenly over the surface, leaving a small border for the crust.
  • Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then layer on the bell peppers, mushrooms, red onions, olives, and cherry tomatoes.
  • Season the toppings with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
  • Remove from oven, let cool for 5 minutes, slice, and serve warm.
