Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating.
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza peel.
Brush the top of the dough lightly with olive oil and spread the pizza sauce evenly over the surface, leaving a small border for the crust.
Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then layer on the bell peppers, mushrooms, red onions, olives, and cherry tomatoes.
Season the toppings with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
Remove from oven, let cool for 5 minutes, slice, and serve warm.
