In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the smoked sausage until browned on both sides.
Reduce heat to low; add the white cheddar cheese and cream cheese. Stir frequently until completely melted and smooth.
Stir in the fire-roasted tomatoes, pinto beans, corn, and jalapeño. Cook until the mixture is heated through.
Mix in the cumin, lime juice, and half of the cilantro. Stir well to combine.
Garnish with the remaining cilantro before serving. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
