Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cut baked potatoes into chunks and place in a large bowl.
Add sour cream, 1 cup cheddar cheese, bacon bits, green onions, butter, salt, and pepper. Combine gently.
Transfer the potato mixture into a greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle additional cheddar cheese on top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
