Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice the buns in half horizontally, keeping the tops connected. Place the bottom halves in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Evenly spread the lime-aioli sauce over the bottom buns.
Layer the turkey slices and cheese evenly over the aioli, then place the top buns over the cheese.
Mix melted butter with apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, chili powder, and sesame seeds.
Brush glaze generously over the tops of the buns. Cover with foil and bake for 8 minutes.
Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Cool slightly, slice individual sliders, and serve warm.
Notes
To enhance the flavor, use smoked turkey breast. These sliders can be made vegetarian by substituting turkey with grilled vegetables.
