Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, tuna, cherry tomatoes, red onion, black olives, and parsley.
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently to combine.
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
Best served chilled. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
